7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that you have not exceeded our usage thresholds.

  • You used ≤10 practice tests.

Requests that exceed this threshold are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@celptips.com from the email used at purchase.
  2. Include your order ID and a brief note about the issue.
  3. If eligible, we will confirm and process the refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

  • Currency: Refunds are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
  • Processing time: Approved refunds are issued promptly on our end. Bank processing times may vary (typically 5 to 10 business days).
  • Method: Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Subscriptions and Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancelling stops future billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you are considering a chargeback, please contact us first. Most issues are resolved faster through support. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may temporarily suspend access while the payment provider investigates.

Exclusions

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Usage above the thresholds listed in Section 2.
  • Abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
