1) 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that you have not exceeded our usage thresholds.

2) Eligibility

  • You used ≤10 practice tests.

Requests that exceed this threshold aren't eligible for a refund.

3) How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@celptips.com from the email used at purchase.
  2. Include your order ID and a brief note about the issue.
  3. If eligible, we’ll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method.

4) Refund Processing

  • Currency: Refunds are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars)
  • Processing time: Approved refunds are issued promptly on our end; bank processing times may vary (typically 5–10 business days)
  • Method: Refunds are returned to your original payment method

5) Subscriptions & Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancelling stops future billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you’re considering a chargeback, please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster through support. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may temporarily suspend access while the payment provider investigates.

7) Exclusions

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Usage above the thresholds listed in Section 2.
  • Abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material updates will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
